When we look at pro athletes in the US, one of the most common challenges constantly arising for these players is trust. These high-profile stars have different goals and agendas in mind. 

 I’m not sure how many of you have watched this year’s NBA Finals. However, if not, you should know that Denver Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokic put on an absolute show. For example, in Game 3 Jokic finished with 32 points, 21 rebounds, and 10 assists. 

 When many of us watch and follow professional sports, we usually focus on the performance of our favorite athletes on the court, field etc (Who can blame you? Watching the Heat vs. Nuggets in this year’s NBA Finals is must see TV!) 

 Bob Myers, the 4-time NBA Finals Champion has stepped down from his position with the NBA’s Golden State Warriors. This man has built one of the most accomplished dynasties in league history. He has taken his team to 6 of the last 11 NBA finals. All of these feats, which are extremely challenging to achieve, have been attained since 2012. 

 When we think about success stories in US pro sports, we often look at the players that ink the biggest contracts and get paid the most per year. As an example, top paid NFL Football players for 2023 showcase names such as Lamar Jackson, Jalen Hurts, Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson and the list goes on. 

 When looking at pro athletes in the US, we see more and more athletes becoming businessmen and entrepreneurs, from Michael Jordan to Lebron James to Kevin Durant to Magic Johnson to JJ Redick to Floyd Mayweather to Tom Brady to baseball's Alex Rodriguez.
